HI, I’M ALLIE.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a 500+ hour certified yoga teacher, and an Intermediate Somatic Experiencing® student. I partner with women navigating chronic health conditions, endometriosis, trauma, developmental trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, sexual assault, domestic violence and relational challenges, helping them find their way back to living, connection, and reclaiming a sense of agency within their bodies.

MY APPROACH

Deep, lasting healing is rarely linear. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the fast-paced corporate sales world, experiencing how high stress forces us to disconnect from our bodies just to manage the day. This drove me to pursue my passion for mental health, helping women move out of survival mode and back into their lives.

As a social worker, I focus heavily on supporting women because our culture constantly pressures us to be everything to everyone, often at the expense of our own well-being. I help women explore how these external demands and systemic pressures cause us to shut down, lose our boundaries, and disconnect from ourselves.

To ensure my approach is individualized and open-hearted, I’ve intentionally worked across a wide variety of settings. My path began in crisis intervention and advocacy before transitioning to a rape crisis and domestic violence center, where I walked alongside women processing deep pain and reclaiming their inherent wholeness.

Because adult survival patterns often take root early, I also spent years providing therapy in school settings. Working with youth and families highlighted how early attachment and developmental trauma shape our self-image and perception. It became clear that our bodies are deeply involved in how we experience ourselves and the world.

All of these threads weave into my holistic private practice, allowing me to tailor somatic and relational therapy to your unique story. I integrate Somatic Experiencing to support and honor the body in this journey.
