My session rate is $200 per hour.

I have a limited number of sliding scale spots, so please feel free to reach out to me to discuss sliding scale options based on income, if you need the flexibility. If I can not accommodate your needs, then I will do my best to support you in find a therapist within your budget.

I also accept a limited number of insurance spaces through Headway. If you are using insurance, the rate or copay will be decided by your insurance plan.

I am in-network with: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, BlueCross and BlueShield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna and Evernorth.

For some PPO insurances plans, I am considered an out-of-network provider. You may be reimbursed in full or partially. I can provide you with a monthly superbill to provide to your insurer. Please check your coverage by asking the following questions:

• Does my plan provide out-of-network reimbursement for mental health?

• Is there a deductible I need to meet before you will start to reimburse me?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What percentage of the fee do you cover?

I accept cash, check, Health Savings Account (HSA), and all major credit cards.

I strive to offer a flexible policy for clients navigating pain/ illness. If you are experiencing a symptom flare-up or health conflict, please let me know as soon as you can. Missed appointments without prior communication (no-shows) or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $100 charge.
