WOMEN’S HEALTH SUPPORT CIRCLE
Join a FREE community space for women navigating endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMOS, PMDD, perimenopause, & other comorbidities. A twice-monthly container to connect, share and heal.
The same body that keeps you alive is constantly seeking safety in others. We aren't meant to walk this path alone; our nervous systems are innately relational, using shared presence to find calm, clarity, and balance. Our bodies hold an incredible wisdom to heal, and coming together gives us room to be seen and take up space. This educational and connection circle is dedicated to learning, co-regulating, sharing experiences & resources, and remembering that you belong here.

Reclaiming Home in Your Body: Group Therapy for Endometriosis
A 10-week closed process and regulation group for women living with endometriosis.
When you live with chronic pain, your body can begin to feel like an unsafe place to be. Between the long journey to diagnosis, continuous body bracing, unspoken grief, anxiety around future flare ups, and the isolation of hidden symptoms, it’s easy to feel disconnected from yourself and misunderstood by the world around you.
This 10-week therapy group blends somatic experiencing, breathwork, mindfulness, guided journaling, and gentle group processing, allowing you the time and space to process the post-diagnosis journey alongside others who truly understand. We will move through the full landscape of chronic illness, from grounding through pain flares and working with anger or guilt, to communication with friends and family, and finding radical acceptance. Groups are unable to be recorded to protect the safety and confidentiality of each group member.
Group Size: 8–10 members for deep connection and intimacy
Time Commitment: 90 minutes, once per week for 10 weeks (dates & times pending)
Investment: $750 for the 10-week series (Payment plans available)
Next Cohort: Coming soon. Join the waitlist, and share your availability schedule.
